Audio Help

Below are instructions on how to listen to audio using Microsoft's® Windows Media Player™ .  If you run Windows 98 you should already have this media player loaded.

STEP 1: TEST THE PLAYER
First, you must determine if you have Microsoft Windows Media Player installed on your computer.

  • Do you see the Player on the right?
    It should look like this:
  • If you do not see the Player on the right of your screen, it is not installed. Please click here to download it now.
  • If you can see the Player on the right of your screen, it is installed on your computer. Please go to the next step.

STEP 2: PLAYER VERSION
You must determine if you have the latest version of Microsoft Windows Media Player(R).

  • Right-Click on the player below, then
  • click on "About" in the pop-up menu (as shown on the right of your screen )

  • A window like this should appear:


STEP 3: DOWNLOAD
To download the most recent version of Microsoft (R) Windows Media Player (tm), please click the "Download" button below to take you to the Microsoft web site, then follow the directions to complete the download.
