You will need unzipping software to UNZIP this file (there are numerous free copies of this software on the web). It contains .mp3 files and you will need .mp3 audio software in order to play them. If you have iTunes on your machine (1) Unzip the file to reveal a folder named Super Simple Speed Reading (2) Drag the folder to your iTunes music folder named Ron White (its the same folder you set up your Memory in a Month program). It will appear in iTunes under the album name Super Simple Speed Reading.
