At a garage sale my former wife purchased a copy of Make Your Life Worthwhile, by the late Emmet Fox, because “it looked like a book you’d be interested in.”  I cannot imagine where I would be today if she hadn't gone to that garage sale.  I was at the lowest point in my life, depressed beyond description.  Like a person who hasn't had water in several days, I drank in page after page, almost reading the entire book in one sitting. 

   The change wasn't instantaneous but the book became one of my crutches for "the trip back."  I read from it daily for more than two years and it's impact on my life is immeasurable.   

   While we don't have evidence that Emmet Fox was a protege of James Allen, their wisdom was certainly from the same source as you'll see in this excerpt, What you think upon grows.

   I have read and studied all of these Fox books and I believe the search for the truth of one's self is incomplete until these works have been consumed.
